General booking & cancellation conditions
Bookings :
All bookings must be confirmed by fax or email, quoting a credit card number, its date of validity and the last 3 digits on the back, or by post with a cheque for the deposit.
The amount of the deposit required is equivalent to one night's stay or, for a stay of more than 4 nights, 25% of the total amount.
Cancellation :
From 1st April to 30th September, in the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the Fort de l'Océan reserves the right to charge the amount of one night's stay or to retain the deposit.
From 1st October to 31st March, for any cancellation less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, the Fort de l'Océan reserves the right to charge the amount of one night's stay or to retain the deposit.
Shortened stay :
For any interruption of stay not notified within 48 hours of the scheduled departure date, the value of one night will be charged as compensation.
Arrival :
Our rooms are available from 4pm.
Please let us know if you arrive later than 8pm.
Departure :
Please vacate your rooms before midday.
